ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES
Architectural approval is required in all HOAs before any exterior changes or additions can be made to your home or lot. Changes and additions include, but are not limited to:
Installation of fences
Installation of storage sheds/buildings
Addition of a patio or extended driveway
Addition of a screened porch
Addition of permanent plantings in the front yard such as large trees
Be sure to read the section regarding Architectural Control in your HOA Governing Documents before you begin your plans to make changes or additions. If you need a copy of your HOA's Governing Documents or are unsure if your plans would fall under the HOA Architectural Guidelines please give us to obtain a copy and ask questions before you begin your changes.
The chart below outlines the basic process homeowner's and their tenants must follow to gain Architectural approval from the Board of Directors.
