Fall Family Fun

Our Spring Fling was so much fun, our neighbors asked for more!

Our Fall get together was just as much fun for all.  It was great getting together with our neighbors.  We just don’t see each other often enough.  We had between 50 and 60 folks join us.  Plus, the weather was great.

Adults and kids enjoyed playing cornhole and tossing a football.  We had pumpkins for the kids to paint and they loved it!  One of the highlights was the visit from the High Point Fire department.  I think the adults enjoyed the truck as much as the kids did.

Hope Food Truck was with us again.  There food is great.  They have a suggested price, but it is pay as you can.  For every meal we buy, they donate a meal to an “food desert.”  The association provided all beverages and ice cream.

Plans are already in the works for our spring get together.  Hope Food Truck is already committed!

Thanks to Beth Mungo, Audrey Meixner, Jordan Johnston, the hospitality committee as well as our board members and others who helped for making this a special day.

Dues are $16.00 per month. Dues assessments are due on the 1st of each month.  There is a $15 late fee for late payments. Coupon payment books are shipped to owners in December of each year. We offer a free bank draft service for automatic draft of your monthly dues.  A copy of the form and information about additional ways to pay your dues are in the forms section below.

Single Family Insurance Coverage

As a single-family community the Association only carries liability insurance on the common areas. As a homeowner, you are responsible for insurance on your home to cover the dwelling and personal property contents in the event of fire or destruction by obtaining an HO-3 policy. Please contact your insurance agent to make sure you have the correct type of policy coverage.

Trash Collection

Trash cans should be placed at the curb the night before collection and removed from the curb the same day trash is collected.  Trash is collected every Thursday and recyclables; yard waste and other large items are collected every other week.

Rules and Regulations

Homeowners are governed by the Articles of Incorporation, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Association.  A copy of these documents is below. These rules are guidelines for living in this community.  A simplified version called Policies And Procedures is also on the website.
