As a resident in one of our managed communities, you have exclusive access to hire our maintenance team for those small jobs in and around the house that keep your home running smoothly. We are able to offer these services to our homeowner residents at a discount compared to outside local vendors. From fixing a leaky faucet to hanging a new light fixture, our team is here to provide reliable, professional help right at your doorstep.

 

Hourly Services

Enjoy flexibility by paying only for the time spent on various tasks around your home. Our skilled handymen can address plumbing concerns like small leaks, repair drywall, fix faucets, hang or remove lights fixtures, assemble furniture, and tidy up the yard. Maximum height of 18ft. We'll bring the ladder if needed!

 

Owner must provides the parts and materials and we'll handle the rest with expertise and care. 

 

Hourly service rates are $45 an hour per technician (some jobs may require two men).

Minimum Service Fee: Please note we charge a $45 minimum for all hourly based service calls.

Light Bulb Only service - $35

• We'll change out your indoor, outdoor, recessed, or fluorescent bulbs

• Service includes changing out up to 7 light bulbs

• Owner must provide all necessary bulbs

• Maximum height of 12ft. We'll bring the ladder if needed!

 

Changing Air Filters Only - $25

• We'll change out all your air filters

• Service includes changing out as many filters as needed

• Owner must provide all necessary filters

• Maximum height of 12ft. We'll bring the ladder if needed!

 

Change Out Smoke Detector Batteries - $25

• We'll change out the batteries in all your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors 

• Service includes changing out as many as needed

• Owner must provide all necessary batteries

Hanging TVs:

• Hang one TV between 33" - 60" in size - $125

  • Owner must provide TV mount of their choice

  • Install a bracket and mount one TV

  • Connect all necessary video and basic audio components

  • Neatly dress wires

 

• Hang one TV larger than 61" in size - $150

  • Owner must provide TV mount of their choice

  • Install a bracket and mount one TV

  • Connect all necessary video and basic audio components

Pressure Washing Fences and Patios - $ Priced per job
